EJ Porth is Associate Director of Gallatin Valley Land Trust (GVLT), a non-profit that specializes in connecting people, communities, and open lands through conservation, and the creation of trails in the Montana headwaters of the Missouri and Upper Yellowstone Rivers.  EJ talks about how access to open lands and trails can keep communities vibrant and how getting the next generation engaged is critical to success of organizations like GVLT.
