Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Once you place your order, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or adjust the order.No exceptions will be made.
Please start a return within 30 days of your orders arrival date if you no longer wish to keep your purchase.
Can I add or remove items once my order has been placed?
Unfortunately, no. Orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing once they are placed and we cannot make any adjustments. No exceptions will be made.
What are your order processing times?
Please allow up to 2 business days after order is confirmed to receive shipping confirmation with tracking info. Oboz does not ship orders on weekends so orders made after 12pm MT on Fridays will ship out on the following weekday along with orders made over the weekend. If you have any questions/concerns, please feel free to reach out Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2pm via email: help@obozfootwear.com, or by phone: (406)-522-0319.
Where do I see tracking information for my order?
Shipment tracking information is available from within your shipping notification email. Due to processing, it can take up to 24 hours from the time your notification email arrives to your inbox for tracking info to show.
How can I check my order status?
If you provided a valid email address when you placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information for your package. To check the status of your order at any time, be sure to create an account and you can view order history under your account. Please keep in mind shipment tracking is only available from within your shipping notification email.
What if my tracking info isn't updating?
Please reach out to us via (406) 522-0319 or help@obozfootwear.com if it has been more than 7 business days without any tracking updates from shipping carrier. If it's been more than 10 business days with no update to your tracking, your item could be lost in transit, and we will gladly work to find a resolution.
What is the cutoff time for holiday orders?
To increase the likelihood of receiving your order before Wednesday, December 25, we recommend placing your order by 11:59 PM MST on Wednesday, December 17. Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may vary due to shipping carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
What will your customer service hours be during holidays?
We will have limited operations around the Thanksgiving holiday and from Monday, December 23, through Wednesday, January 1. Our office will be closed on the following dates:

Do You Offer Exchanges Or Store Credit?
No, Oboz does not currently do not offer exchanges or store credit on our website.
Shipping & Returns
What Is Your Holiday Return Policy?
If an order is placed on or after Friday, November 1, 2025, it will be eligible for a return until January 15, 2026, or within 30 days from the arrival date, whichever comes later.
If your holiday return is outside the standard 30-day return period but falls within our holiday return window, please contact us at help@obozfootwear.com. We will assist you with the return process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email with a shipping label and detailed return instructions.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Oboz Footwear offers free returns for footwear that is in brand new condition with the original packaging. If you would like to return an item purchased on www.obozfootwear.com, please do so within 30 days of your item’s arrival date. Please click here for additional information, and to start your return.
What Shipping Options Do You Currently Offer At Checkout?
We currently offer Standard shipping (4-7 business days) and Express shipping (1-2 business days). Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. We currently only offer shipping to the USA. No international shipping.
Orders outside of the contiguous United States will ship Standard only at an increased shipping rate.
Can I Return Oboz Socks?
No. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, all sales of Oboz socks are final, and we maintain a zero-return policy for all sock purchases. However, if your socks arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue and assist you.
Where Is My Refund?
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks from the day you send back your items for your refund to be reflected on your credit card statement. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please feel free to contact the Customer Service Team at help@obozfootwear.com to get updates at any time.
Do You Refund Shipping After A Return Is Processed?
No, refunds exclude original shipping costs. A refund will include cost of item/items + sales tax if applicable.
How Long Do Returns Take To Process
Returns can take up to 1-2 weeks to travel back to our warehouse and be processed. Please keep in mind that this may be longer during the holidays. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund once it has been processed.
Can I Return My Item For Store Credit?
We are not able to issue store credit at this time. Refunds will show up on your credit card statement.
Orders placed using e-Gift card payment will receive a refund in their customer profile in the form of store credit.
Why Didn't I Get A Shipping Notification Email?
If you haven't received your shipment confirmation, please check your Spam/Junk folder to confirm the email wasn't filtered there.
Another reason could be that it hasn't shipped yet or there was a typo in the email address field. If that's the case, please email us at help@obozfootwear.com.com with the name the order is under, and we can email your information to you.
Does Oboz Ship Internationally?
Orders placed on www.obozfootwear.com are only able to ship within the United States.
How Do I Send Back A Return?

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will include the tracking number for your package. Repair Outside Of Warranty?
Repair outside of warranty?Currently Oboz does not offer in-house repairs. If your Oboz are outside of the one-year warranty period and are in need of repair, we recommend checking with your local shoe repair service or cobbler.
Does Oboz Do Any Shoe Repairs?
Oboz does not have the ability to perform any shoe repair at this time. Depending on the issue we recommend taking a look at our warranty policy to see if your shoes qualify. Otherwise, we recommend checking with a local cobbler to see if they may be able to help.
How Can I Get Replacement Laces Or Insoles?
We sell flat and round replacement laces as well as aftermarket insoles.You can utilize our Dealer Locator to find your closest Oboz dealer who will help you find a suitable pair of replacement laces or our aftermarket insoles.
Can I Buy A Single Shoe?
We cannot split pairs to provide single shoes. If you are interested in obtaining a single shoe, we suggest contacting the National Odd Shoe Exchange for assistance.
Can I Return A Shoe That Was Recieved From A Warranty Claim?
There are no refunds or exchanges to shoes received from warranty claims. Oboz asks that you please carefully select a style and size that fits before placing your warranty claim order. To ensure a correct fit we always recommend visiting your local Oboz retailer or if this is not possible we recommend checking out our Fit From Home video here.

Do You Offer Wide Widths?
Do You Offer Narrow Widths?
Some Oboz shoes do run narrower than others, but we do not offer narrow width footwear. We always recommend visiting your local Oboz retailer to ensure the best fit. If this is not possible, call us at (406) 522-0319 (Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm MTN standard time), email us at help@obozfootwear.com, or send us a chat to ask about shoes that tend to better suit narrow width feet.
Will Oboz Make Custom Shoes For Me?
Oboz does not produce custom footwear. We do feel that the different fits found across our outsoles, will accommodate a variety of foot shapes. We suggest contacting us or your local Oboz dealer to see if they can help find a style that fits your specific needs.
Do Sizes Run Small, Large, Or True To Size?
We always recommend visiting your local Oboz retailer to ensure the best fit. If this is not possible we do feel our products run true to size.

Where Is Oboz Footwear Manufactured? What About The Materials That You Use In Your Footwear?
We partner with factories in Vietnam and Cambodia, and have local factory staff that work alongside them. Our US-based product development team visits these factories regularly. Ongoing, in-person collaboration with our factory partners allows us to be closer to manufacturing processes, their workers, and the materials we use in our footwear. Tested in a lab and in the field, our materials are developed to our specifications and carefully selected from known suppliers, many of them located near each factory. All our material suppliers are verified for environmental and social compliance by our full-time factory staff.
Does Oboz Have A Manufacturing Code Of Conduct? What Other Initiatives Are In Place To Protect The Rights Of Workers Who Make Oboz Footwear?
We are committed to a standard of excellence in every aspect of our business including ethical and responsible conduct in all our operations. In line with this commitment, we have a Workplace Code of Conduct in place with requirements for our suppliers with respect to labor standards and working conditions. In addition to this Code, we collaborate with our suppliers on capacity-building initiatives, including worker sentiment surveys and training to promote gender equality within the workplace. Our program to protect workers’ rights is independently assessed by the Fair Labor Association to ensure international labor standards and best practices are reflected throughout our supply chain.

Yes, we have a robust chemical policy and restricted substance list. TheOboz Chemical Policy and Restricted Substances Listis a detailed overview of our dedication to ensuring that the products we make are safe for workers, consumers, and the environment. This Policy is based on the strictest global standards with regard to the environment, human health, and product safety. The long-term objective of our chemical policy is to enable the continuous advancement of chemical management best practices by taking a proactive stance on specific classes of chemicals that we are restricting in our products and replacing them with safe, effective and affordable alternatives. With a little bit of care, you can extend the life of your Oboz footwear. Cleaning, waterproofing and properly drying your shoes or boots can keep your feet dry and happy. Visit our Product Care page for the specifics.
Are Any Of Your Shoes Vegan?
Currently the Men's and Women's Arete, Katabatic, Whakata Trail, Whakata Coast, and Whakata Puffy styles are Vegan. Oboz cannot guarantee that our remaining products are 100% Vegan, since animal fats may be present in the cements that are used to bond our outsoles.
What Temperature Rating Is 200g/400g Of Insulation?
We do not give a specific temperature rating for our shoes as there is a wide variety of variables that can affect this: type of sock, activity, personal preference etc. We would recommend using our 200g Thinsulate® boots for high activity in cold weather and for every day activity in semi-cold weather. We would recommend using our 400g Thinsulate® boots for high activity in freezing temperatures and for every day activity in cold weather.
What Is The Heel To Toe Drop On Your Shoes?
Our shoes and boots come with a range of heel drops from 8mm to 15mm depending on the model. Heel drop measurements for each model are approximate due to variances during product development and manufacturing.
