With the Whakatā Off-Road sandals, bring on the sand, gravel, and streams. The Oboz Off-Road sandal has 3mm deep lugs for traction at camp and a dual adjustable heel strap for locking things in place. While a stretch mesh upper and rubber toe bumper help protect your feet. Responsibly made with recycled polyester, vegan leather, and sugarcane bio-base content. This sandal is perfect for river trips, camping trips, and everything in between.

Whakatā, pronounced fah-cah-TAAH, is Māori for “to catch breath, rest, have a break”. Oboz consulted and got approval from the Māori language and culture guide at Oboz’s New Zealand-based parent company, KMD Brands, for use of the name. Oboz intends to honor the Māori culture in the best way—both within KMD Brands’ company walls and in the broader community.

We currently offer Standard shipping (4-7 business days) and Express shipping (1-2 business days). Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. We currently only offer shipping to the USA. No international shipping.

Orders outside of the contiguous United States will ship Standard only at an increased shipping rate.

Please allow up to 2 days after order is confirmed to receive shipping confirmation with tracking info. Unfortunately, we do not ship orders on weekends so orders made after 12pm MT on Fridays will ship out on the following Tuesday along with orders made over the weekend.

We currently offer two shipping options. The first option is standard ground shipping from FedEx. This shipping service typically takes between 5-9 business days from when the order is placed to when it is delivered to your address. The second option is express shipping from FedEx. This shipping service typically takes between 2-4 business days from when the order is placed to when it is delivered to your address. With that said, some shipping carriers are experiencing delays, causing shipments to reach their destination outside their original or expected timeframe.
