Oboz Takeback Program
Thanks for extending the life of your Oboz Footwear with our new warranty return program, powered by GotSneakers. Send back your Oboz warranty and up to five (5) other pairs of outdoor and/or athletic footwear - from any brand - by following these easy steps:
Step 1: If you think you have an issue that’s covered by our 1-year limited warranty, please fill out this form to start your warranty claim.
Step 2: Once your warranty claim is approved by Oboz Warranty Team, please fill out the form below to request a bag with a prepaid shipping label.
Step 3: When the bag arrives, pack up your shoes and ship for free with FedEx. Please try to include up to five (5) additional pairs of outdoor and/or athletic footwear to help us reduce footwear waste and shipping costs.
To hand off to Fedex:
- Give your bags to your neighborhood FedEx driver
- Drop off your bags at any nearby FedEx drop off location
- Contact Fedex customer service by phone to schedule a pick-up.

What type of Oboz footwear can I send?
You can send in any Oboz-approved warranty footwear and other outdoor and/or athletic footwear that you would like to give a second life. All footwear must be paired. GotSneakers does not accept single, non-paired shoes of any kind.
Can I send other types of footwear or only Oboz footwear?
Yes, you can send in other qualifying hiking, trail, and athletic footwear, such as running and basketball shoes. All footwear must be paired. GotSneakers does not accept single, non-paired shoes of any kind.
What Happens to Your Footwear?
- If your footwear is still in reusable condition, GotSneakers will try to clean and restore it for reuse in both the U.S. and international markets.
- If your footwear has reached the end of its road, GotSneakers will recycle it responsibly to reuse materials.
- Either way, your shoes will not be destined for a landfill and will have a second chance to make a difference.
