Return via mail within 30 days of delivery - START HERE:
- Start your return online to receive a mailing label to box and ship your items
- You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
- Please allow for you 7-10 days for your refund to be initiated
*Items must be purchased on our website to start a return. Refunds exclude original shipping costs. We do not accept returns on purchases made from another website or through one of our retail partners. Our return process and policy applies to www.obozfootwear.com customers only.
Making a Return
- Returning Oboz Footwear is easy. We offer returns for refund for items purchased on www.obozfootwear.com. We do not currently offer exchanges or store credit.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
- If you would like to return an item purchased on www.obozfootwear.com, please start your return through our returns portal here within 30 days of your item’s arrival date. Items must have been purchased on www.obozfootwear.com in order to start the return process.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
- Oboz Footwear reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.

Extended Holiday Returns
- If an order is placed on or after Friday, October 23, 2021, it will be eligible for a return until January 15, 2022, or within 30 days from the arrival date, whichever comes later.
- If your holiday return is beyond 30 days within the holiday return window, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your return. Once processed, you will receive email with shipping label and return instructions.
- Due to COVID-19, our warehouse is taking extra precautions which may result in delays. Additionally, some shipping carriers are experiencing delays that are causing return packages to not reach our warehouse within the typical timeframe. If you have any questions about the status of your return, please contact us.
Final Sale Items
- Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, all Sale items and Gift Cards.
Returned to Sender/Refused Packages
- Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier will be returned to our warehouse. All packages returned to our warehouse will be treated as returns. We will return the items to stock for refund.
Defective Items/Warranty Returns
- If you are returning a defective product that has been used, the product will be evaluated once we receive it. If deemed defective, we will issue a replacement. Click here for more information on warranty returns.
